Complete daily updates

Daily updates screen
  • 1Use To-do for today’s checks. The screen shows the daily items currently configured.
  • 2Fill only what applies. The real screen shows food and drink fields, reactions, and symptom options.
  • 3Use Settings to change what appears. Settings controls which daily checks you track.

Sharing journal files

Journal entries can include attached uploaded files. When you include journal entries in a record share, attached uploaded files may be included with the shared journal entries.

Before sharing, check whether a note or uploaded file contains details you do not want the recipient to see.

Before saving a note

  1. Is the note dated correctly?
  2. Does it explain what happened in plain language?
  3. Are attached uploaded files relevant?
  4. If it relates to a condition or plan, is that link visible in the journal timeline?
