Allergies, vaccinations, surgeries and life events

Allergies

• 1Open Allergies. Use Add Allergy to add a new allergy record.
• 2Use the view switch. The real screen shows Ongoing, Resolved, All, and Timeline.
• 3Check whether anything is listed. If nothing appears in the selected view, there may be no matching allergy records to show.

Vaccinations

• 1Open Vaccinations. Use Add Vaccination to add a new record.
• 2Use List or Timeline. The real screen provides both views.
• 3Record date and details. Include details shown by the form, such as vaccine information and any other logged details.

Surgeries

• 1Open Surgeries. Use Add Surgery to add a procedure.
• 2Read recovery details. The card can show provider, estimated recovery, actual recovery, and a timeline.
• 3Use Edit for corrections. Only edit when the record needs updating.

Life events

• 1Open Life Events. Use Add Life Event to record important personal events.
• 2Use labels to understand details. The card shows date, location, description, impact, category, and emotion where entered.
• 3Use notes and files for context. Extra details can sit with the event.

Plans

• 1Open Plans. Use New Plan to create a plan when you are ready.
• 2Switch between Active and Completed. The real screen separates current plans from finished ones.
• 3Use plan detail pages for activity. Open a plan when you need to track progress.

Before adding one of these records

1. Does this belong as a condition, treatment, journal entry, or another record type?
2. Is the date clear enough to place it correctly in your story?
3. Have you added the details that explain why it matters?
4. Are attached uploaded files relevant and safe to share if the record is shared?
