View medication and supplements

Medication list
  • 1Use the view switch. Choose In-use, Stopped, All, or Timeline.
  • 2Read the treatment card. Cards show dose, frequency, dates, linked condition, notes, files, sharing, and todos.
  • 3Look for “For”. If a medicine treats a condition, the condition appears on the card.

Add medication or a supplement

Add medication form
  • 1Enter the medicine or supplement. Choose from the list or type your own.
  • 2Add dose and frequency. Use the wording you understand and can maintain.
  • 3Score effectiveness and tolerability. Use the 0-10 scales shown on the screen.
  • 4Add start and stop dates. Use stop date only when it has ended.
  1. Use Conditions first when it treats a condition. If the item is being used to treat a condition, add it from that condition so the relationship is clear.
  2. Use Meds & Supps for general or preventative items. Use this section for prophylactic medicines, supplements, or wellbeing items that are not treating a recorded condition.
  3. Keep dates approximate if needed. Use the best date you know rather than leaving the story unclear.

View therapies

Therapies section
  • 1Use Therapies for non-medicine treatments. The real screen shows therapy name, status, start date, frequency, and linked condition.
  • 2Check the linked condition. The “For” line explains what the therapy is being used to treat.
  • 3Use End when therapy has stopped. Stopped therapies remain part of the history.
